CASH ON DELIVERY - RETURN/REFUND
Please check everything in front of the courier person when he arrives with your package, and then make the payment. If you have any issues, call us on our official number instantly and we shall assist you. You may also return the product by covering the delivery charge.
Please note: once payment is made, we are unable to provide a refund
ADVANCE PAYMENT - RETURN/REFUND
Please check everything in front of the courier person during delivery. If you have any issues, call us instantly and we shall assist you. You may exchange or return by contacting our executive right away.
If you do not wish to keep the product, a refund can be requested via phone call, email, or through our social media platforms & website.
Please note: after the courier person has left, refunds are no longer available
EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not currently have an Exchange policy for outside Dhaka.
Only for extreme emergency cases, if the product doesn't seem perfect upon receiving, simply send back the unused product with a 100tk fee with proper packaging to our address within 3 working days. Once we receive it in proper condition, our team will dispatch your exchanged product.
